Chaotic moment – Transit bus driver loses it, savagely beating a passenger for spitting
Toron Walker, a New Jersey Transit bus driver has been arrested following a violent incident in which he assaulted a passenger in Newark.
The altercation, which was captured on camera, began when the male passenger spat on Walker during the bus route.
The incident occurred on Friday afternoon, and the footage quickly made its way to social media.
In the video, Walker can be seen pinning the passenger down by the neck against one of the bus seats before forcefully slamming him into the aisle. Walker then proceeded to land several punches to the passenger’s head while shouting, “You f—ed up. What the f–k is wrong with you? You want to spit?”
At one point, Walker put the man in a chokehold, while other horrified passengers on the crowded bus screamed for him to stop. The bus had come to a stop at Court Street near Broad Street in Newark when police arrived on the scene.
According to Newark’s Department of Public Safety, officers found Walker still in the process of assaulting the passenger when they boarded the bus. Walker was subsequently arrested and charged with aggravated assault.

According to the police, the victim did not suffer any severe injuries during the attack.
