Texas woman, 61, beat her husband, 63, to death after he ‘hid her Xanax from her’: Cops

Constance Seinwill, a 61-year-old Texas woman, has been charged with murder after allegedly beating her husband, Ronald Seinwill Jr., 63, to death in their home in Universal City, a San Antonio suburb.

The incident occurred after an argument escalated because Ronald had hidden her Xanax, according to police.

Authorities were alerted when Constance knocked on a neighbor’s door, telling them she might have killed her husband. The neighbors immediately called 911.

When police arrived, Constance, who was already intoxicated, confessed during a four-hour interview that she killed her husband in a rage, although she couldn’t recall which object she used as the weapon.

Investigators discovered several possible murder weapons in the home, according to Police Chief Johnny Siemens.

The couple had allegedly been arguing when Constance struck Ronald, knocking him to the ground. She then continued to assault him while he was down, police said.

Neighbors described the couple as frequently fighting, even in public. One neighbor mentioned hearing them argue often, even as they got out of their vehicles.

“This shouldn’t have happened, and I’m not too sure how to feel,” their daughter said. “But at the end of the day, they are both my parents, and I will always love them,” she added.
