Marvel Drops Jonathan Majors from MCU Amidst Assault Allegations?

Marvel Studios is reportedly making preparations to recast Jonathan Majors following several assault charges leveled against the actor. However, it appears that Majors will still appear in the second season of the Disney Plus series, Loki. According to Cosmic Circus, Majors already shot his scenes for the show, in which he portrays various variants of Kang the Conqueror. Nonetheless, Marvel may recast the actor for subsequent MCU appearances, depending on the outcome of his legal situation.

Marvel and Disney are reportedly “closely monitoring the case” surrounding Majors and his allegations. According to sources, the studios have already started preparing to recast Kang the Conqueror if Majors’ legal troubles escalate. However, an official statement from either studio is yet to be released.

Fans speculate about the future of Kang the Conqueror in the MCU after Marvel reportedly begins preparations to recast Jonathan Majors.

Jonathan Majors and his legal team have stated that he is innocent of the charges leveled against him. Nonetheless, the actor has already been dropped by his management and PR agency, in addition to several upcoming projects.

The second season of Loki will feature Tom Hiddleston reprising his role as the titular character. The cast will also include Kate Dickie, Owen Wilson, Gugu Mbatha-Rawand, Sophia Di Martino. Also, Eugene Cordero, Tara Strong and Rafael Casal.
